What it looks like: Single video, telephone or in-person bespoke coaching for individuals; support and guidance available between sessions. Choose between ‘Leap’ or ‘Flow’ options.
What it feels like: Gentle, gradual and easy-paced learning, adaptable to your schedule.

Single virtual sessions of 45 minutes duration. Includes a follow-up summary of key points and practices for you to consider between sessions. Provides the time and capacity for you to work on the reflections and guidance at your own pace. Weekly sessions are recommended, but flexibility is yours to choose a frequency, duration and time slot that suits your capacity. We will discuss and work through aims and challenges that are relevant at the time of your session, in alignment with your chosen goals and purpose.

Flow
Weekly or fortnightly 45-min virtual sessions, for a 3-month (minimum) course. Each session includes a full follow-up service of key points, practices, analysis of narratives and beliefs, and guidance for habit re-alignment and sustainable momentum. Two touch points are provided between sessions to keep the awareness and re-alignment in flow. Communication will be via the medium that works best for you, and you are welcome to share unlimited comments and updates in return to further shape your next session and keep dialogue open between sessions. You will be guided, prompted and supported all throughout.
