You know you’ve got what it takes on paper, but that’s not enough. Now it’s time to convince others (and yourself) that you have the authority and presence combined to elevate and lead those that need your contribution. Whether that’s leading on stage, in the boardroom, at home, through conflict, in public, on screen, in negotiation or debate.

Your tone, actions and energy are the representation of what you have to offer. But you fear that image of yourself is lacking influence, connection and magnetism. You are abundant in ability, but lacking in impact. All that’s left to learn is how to radiate what’s inside so that you can lead with your authentic energy and warmth combined.

There seem to be unwritten rules about who gets to succeed. You observe that those less competent are rising faster, and with ease. You’re ready to discover why and how. Ability to Authority is for those who need guidance uncovering the elusive elements of connection that the more confident and charismatic appear to embody.

What it is: Ability to Authority is an experiential challenge over a 10-week course comprising:

  • 7 virtual sessions, 45-mins each, spread across the course duration

  • Weekly summaries by email or audio recording outlining your post-session focus points

  • Weekly challenges, pragmatic activities of next-level behaviours to practice and lead with embodied application.

How it works:

  • …and the confidence to present it with ease. We’ll expose hidden barriers and limits that have been blocking you. From that transparency you’ll harness a comfort in practicing new behaviours for elevated presence. It will be a gradual yet powerful evolution. You’ll begin to navigate the once-hidden infrastructure now available to you. We’ll establish your natural behaviours through your tone, posture, style identity, language, somatic energy, and all the elements that have shifted you to this next level of opportunity.

  • ...Opportunities will begin to arise; people will become more connected to you and you’ll establish a greater vision of yourself. Ability to Authority provides a platform of alignment to your potential that you haven’t known how to harness. Others will be inspired to stop over-using your dependable Ability as a crutch and instead see you as a trusted guiding Authority to follow and respect.

When to start:

  • …then now is the time for Ability to Authority. If you’re done with putting 100% in and getting little-to-nothing back, this course is for you. Your patience has worn thin of the excuse that you’re helpful, giving, happy to be of service when that value is not returned in either credit, recognition, validation or mutual kindness. If this sounds like you, then Ability to Authority is your chance to put an end to burnout, doubt, and the cycle of putting more commitment in only to find a larger task list as a consequence of your hard work. It’s time for Ability to Authority if you’re ready to step up to the empowerment you know you were meant for.

Terms:

  • …the 7 virtual sessions will be on mutually-agreed dates across the 10-week duration; 50% deposit paid 1-week prior to commencement; remaining 50% paid at the half-way point of the course duration. Considerable preparation is completed by your coach in advance of each session for your advantage, thus cancellations made with less than 48-hours notice of your session will forfeit the session.
