Chaos to Calm


 

The starting point: Overwhelm, decision-paralysis, anxiety, panic. These have become the norm; this is now your habit cycle. It’s a struggle to get out of bed some days, and on the days that you do, you carry your outer shell like it’s a burden. You sometimes feel incapable of the simplest of tasks, let alone the big questions that barricade you in every time you try to make changes: What am I doing? Where am I heading? What’s the point? Why haven’t I figured this out yet?

Chaos to Calm is for people suffering with debilitating questions about identity, purpose, validation, spiralling into a state of crisis.

Who it’s for: It’s for those who find undefined answers when the goalposts of solutions keep moving. If you’ve sought help, joined support groups, read some books on your condition, vowed never to go back to this state – and then found yourself repeatedly here – Chaos to Calm is for you. It’s the entry point to the Quiet Confidence Methodology. It leaves the harsh questions behind, takes a gentler approach, and focusses on simply getting your head above water so that you can think, breathe and function first, creating an easy daily routine to get you out of seemingly catastrophic Chaos and into an easy state of consistent Calm.

What it is: Chaos to Calm is a gentle entry-level 5-week course comprising:

  • 5 virtual sessions, 45-mins each, spread across the course duration

  • OPTIONAL Email summaries after each session with easy-to-follow exercises that align to your schedule (habit realignment works most effectively when embedded into your normal routine therefore little time is required)

  • OPTIONAL Text check-in prompts, light questions and guidance to support your progress and encourage accountability and consistency.

  • …hidden coping mechanisms, underlying anxiety and stress, and blame and shame routines. We address why past attempts to manage it all haven’t worked or been sustainable.   • …whilst creating a self-caring sustainable foundation to restart from. We design a personalised easy-to-apply daily blueprint for dissolving past triggers and liberating old narratives. This is your chance to embrace acceptance, forgiveness and the capacity to self-love. After this course, you’ll be able to imagine a new and empowered fearless way forward, with courage and clarity.

When to start:

  • …you’re willing to be honest and accountable and to step into your discomfort, this is the time to start Chaos to Calm. Warning: this course is not suited to those who claim to want consistent change but aren’t willing to commit to it, or those who think they’re done with rock bottom but are actually in the process of cushioning the groundwork to stay a little longer and continue self-shaming. This is coaching, not counselling. If you believe you’re worthy of more and simply need directions to get there, now is the time for Chaos to Calm.

Terms:

  • ...the weekly virtual sessions will be on mutually-agreed dates; 50% deposit paid 1-week prior to commencement; remaining 50% paid at the half-way point of the course duration. Considerable preparation is completed by your coach in advance of each session for your advantage, thus cancellations made with less than 48-hours notice of your session will forfeit the session.
